Refund policy


If your order goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement. If you have another issue with one of our products, you may return it within 15 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing. Inquiries can be made through various channels such as Official mall channel messenger, Official Email (
sllight.sg@gmail.com), Official Instagram Page Direct Messages.


  • Only products purchased on the SLLIGHT may be returned for a refund or replacement.

  • We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.

  • Returned products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept partially used products or products with broken seals.

  • Due to the characteristics of our products, refunds for a simple change of mind will be difficult, and refunds will only be possible if there is an actual technical or condition problem with the product.

  • Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

  • If you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
