1. STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS

Singapore deliveries are handled by our logistics partners. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $65.00.
A flat shipping fee of $5.00 applies to orders under $65.00.

Orders placed before 23:59 (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days during non-sale periods.

3. DELIVERY & TRACKING

Once dispatched, delivery is generally completed within 1–3 business days.
A tracking number will be sent via email when your order ships, allowing you to track your delivery status.
You may also track your order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch notification.

1. REFUND SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped
with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

2. REFUND REQUEST PERIOD

Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. PRODUCT LIMIT:

A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.

All exchanges and returns must be approved by the Essl Customer Support and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice.
If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Essl is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
